Job summary

Dow is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to lead market-driven initiatives across digital and traditional channels. You will partner with Strategic and Field Marketing Managers to turn segment strategies into actionable plans and drive demand generation.

With a focus on understanding competitive dynamics, pricing, and value propositions, you will support portfolio projects and deliver commercial-ready materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military degree equivalence (U.S. E5 or Canadian ranking) or higher.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Drive effective deployment across digital and traditional channels to maximize reach, engagement, and demand generation.
• Ensure communication, enablement, and support tools are in place to drive channel effectiveness and growth.
• Partner with Strategic and Field Marketing Managers to translate segment strategy into actionable plans.
• Build understanding of competitive dynamics, market pricing, and formulation value to support margin expansion.
• Partner with TS&D to prioritize and advance portfolio projects with broad market opportunities.
• Support planning, execution, and development of commercial-ready outputs and materials.
• Establish credibility as a go-to resource for market intelligence and trends within the organization.
