Job summary

Dow is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to help deploy multi-channel campaigns and translate segment strategies into actionable plans. You will collaborate with Strategic and Field Marketing teams to drive market insights, pricing strategies, and portfolio growth across diverse channels.

You will analyze market dynamics, support demand generation, and contribute to value proposition development while working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military degree equivalence at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• US work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Drive effective deployment across digital and traditional channels to maximize reach, engagement, and demand generation.
• Ensure communication, enablement, and support tools are in place to drive channel effectiveness and growth.
• Partner with Strategic and Field Marketing Managers to translate segment strategy into actionable plans.
• Build understanding of competitive dynamics, market pricing, and formulation value to support margin expansion and volume growth.
• Partner with TS&D to prioritize and advance key portfolio projects, with emphasis on broad market opportunities.
• Support planning, execution, and development of commercial-ready outputs and materials.
• Establish credibility as a go-to resource for market intelligence and trends within the organization.
