You will leverage data, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure high-quality execution, performance tracking, and continuous optimization.

The role offers autonomy and opportunities to scale marketing support across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Five+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in consulting/advisory roles.
• Experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across multiple channels.
• Ability to manage complex projects, timelines, and many stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with creative, digital, analytics, and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of marketing performance measurement and ROI assessment using tools like Excel/PowerBI/Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic advisor to assigned firms by clarifying growth goals and translating them into multi-channel marketing strategies.
• Develop and guide advisors through strategic marketing plans aligned to objectives, capacity, and target audiences.
• Provide informed recommendations across digital, events, referrals, COIs, content, automation, and brand.
