• 7–10 years in marketing with leadership experience in a professional services environment.
• Strategic mindset to translate organizational needs into marketing solutions.
• Understanding Northeast markets and diverse project typologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Strong project management and deadline-driven execution.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office; willingness to adopt AI workflows.
• Detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to work independently.

• Lead business development strategy with senior leadership and industry representation.
• Align marketing plans with growth goals across sectors and teams.
• Create and execute multichannel marketing campaigns using geofencing and ads.
• Manage marketing operations, budgets, timelines, and RFQ/RFP materials.
