Qualifications

• Minimum of 7-10 years in a marketing role with supervisory or leadership experience in an A/E/C or professional services environment.
• Strategic mindset with ability to interpret organizational needs and propose creative marketing solutions.
• Market & Industry insights with familiarity of regional Northeast markets and project typologies.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication with strong attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage complex campaigns and deliverables across multiple priorities.
• Strong technical skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign required; Photoshop & Illustrator preferred) and MS Office; willingness to embrace AI workflows.
• Sharp eye for typography, layout, and brand standards across materials.
• Collaborative and adaptable, capable of working independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm and shape business development strategy sessions with leadership; represent the firm at events and meetings.
• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns; manage submissions, speaking opportunities, publications, and photoshoots.
• Partner with senior leadership to align marketing with growth goals for each sector; build cross-disciplinary relationships.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team; set priorities and development opportunities.
• Write and design marketing materials with the Experience Design Studio; maintain on-brand collateral library.
• Identify and leverage AI-driven tools to optimize marketing processes and uncover new BD opportunities.
• Track campaign metrics and ROI; present findings to leadership and recommend new tactics.
