Strategy Financial Group is seeking a Marketing & Events Assistant who will play a hands-on role in coordinating educational seminars, workshops, webinars, and client appreciation events. You will design marketing materials and communications that strengthen the brand, while collaborating with the team to ensure branding aligns with guidelines.

The ideal candidate brings organization, creativity, and a proactive mindset, with experience in Canva/Adobe and a willingness to attend events on-site,

Formación

• Minimum 2+ years in marketing, events, or communications.
• Strong organizational skills and multi-project management.
• Demonstrated design experience with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent written communication, editing, and proofreading.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Experience coordinating events and supporting on-site execution.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Collaborative, service-oriented mindset with office on-site flexibility.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate educational seminars, workshops, webinars, and client events.
• Prepare communications, invitations, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Provide onsite event support, setup, attendee experience, and execution.
• Track event details, records, and post-event reporting.
• Develop marketing materials aligned with brand standards.
• Support social media and other digital marketing needs.
