Job summary

TMEIC Houston seeks an experienced Marketing Event Manager to lead strategic planning and execution of corporate, client, and industry events. You will drive attendance, engagement, and post-event analysis, coordinating with business development and marketing leadership.

Responsibilities include budgeting, calendar management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure brand-aligned messaging and successful shows. Domestic and international travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing/communications or events.
• 5 years' experience in marketing communications or events.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and vendor negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic event planning and execution aligned with business goals.
• Manage full event lifecycle from concept to post-event evaluation.
• Develop and manage the annual event calendar with marketing leadership.

Education

Bachelor's degree in marketing communications, event management, or related field, or equivalent via education and/or experience

Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
