Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent via education and/or work experience.
• 2 years of project management experience in electrical and automation systems for energy or heavy industry.
• Demonstrated commercial negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated financial acumen for sound business decisions.
• Proven client, supplier, and internal/external stakeholder relations.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally ~25%.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional project teams including parent company resources and suppliers for project execution.
• Ensure client contractual commitments are met per terms and conditions.
• Develop and implement risk assessment and abatement plans to meet budgets and targets.
• Act as single point of contact for clients on assigned projects.
• Identify and resolve client issues, escalating as needed.
• Collect, analyze, and report business unit data to management.
• Provide timely updates on project performance, trends, status, and client relationships to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for improvements in sales management and project execution processes.
• Maintain records of project communications, variations, and activities per guidelines.
