Qualifications

• 6–10 years of progressive marketing experience within retail banking, cards/payments, or financial services.
• Proven track record independently managing complex multi-channel customer engagement campaigns.
• Advanced organizational and project management capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience interpreting customer data, KPIs, and campaign performance dashboards.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.

Responsabilités

• Partners with internal teams to design and execute marketing strategies.
• Implemented test strategies, campaign schedules, BAU auditing, and issue mitigation.
• Assesses impacts and determines need for additional testing to ensure channel integrity.
• Collaborates with insights team to assess competitive landscape and drive marketing excellence.
• Collaborates with business partners to launch campaigns and initiatives to boost engagement.
• Manage monthly budget reconciliation and marketing invoices; ensure proper vendor execution.
• Oversee internal legal and creative reviews and approvals for campaigns.
