Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• Demonstrated marketing leadership experience.
• Background in technical marketing skills, including writing, design, content management, and editing.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Leads marketing group and sets strategic direction to align with business development and operational goals.
• Develops annual marketing budget for digital and print communications, staffing, sponsorships, and other key expenses.
• Mentors and manages the marketing team.
• Provides strategic direction for proposals, statements of qualifications, interviews, presentations, and other pursuit materials.
• Directs brand voice, messaging, and visuals across platforms to strengthen market position.
• Oversees external communications including digital marketing, website content, and public relations.
