Job summary

Spicer Group is seeking an ambitious Land Development Director to direct the strategic execution of urban planning, redevelopment, and economic development projects. You will lead project delivery, budget control, and growth initiatives across multiple offices.

The role requires a track record in leadership of multidisciplinary teams, client engagement, and program management, with a focus on growth and profitability for the Land Development service area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, urban planning, architecture, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in land development, urban planning, redevelopment, or related services.
• Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and regional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead Land Development projects from concept through completion, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality are met.
• Develop strategic growth plans for the Land Development service area and coordinate with executive leadership.
• Mentor and manage a multidisciplinary team while cultivating client and partner relationships.
• Drive business development and marketing efforts to expand the service area’s market presence.
