Job summary

Fidelity is seeking a Senior Manager within the WI Internal Analytics, Insights and Reporting team to bring deep data expertise to support B2C Marketing initiatives across Fidelity Workplace Investing. You will partner with business and analytics colleagues to build data strategies, define KPIs, harness models, measure digital behavior, and optimize paid, owned, earned, and shared channels.

This role emphasizes crafting data narratives and presenting insights through dashboards to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Deep experience with SQL to create, manipulate and concatenate large datasets.
• Experience with Salesforce/Adobe Analytics/Google Analytics in digital marketing analytics.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau) and Python (Pandas).
• Ability to present data narratives to cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Partner with marketing and analytics to define data strategies and KPIs.
• Build benchmarks, identify target audiences, and measure efficacy across channels.
• Create dashboards and data stories to communicate insights to stakeholders.
