Fidelity Investments Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager for the WI Internal Analytics, Insights and Reporting team.

This role focuses on applying deep data expertise to support B2C Marketing initiatives, driving awareness, engagement, and consideration across Fidelity Workplace Investing solutions. You will partner with business and analytics colleagues to build data strategies, measure efficacy, and optimize paid, owned, earned, and shared channels.

Qualifications

• Proficient in SQL to build and manipulate large datasets.
• Experience with digital marketing analytics tools (Salesforce, GA, or Adobe Analytics).
• Skilled in Tableau and Python (Pandas) for visualization and analysis.
• Able to present data narratives to cross-functional partners.
• Knowledge of ABM, Journey Builder, and marketing automation.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
