Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in A/E/C marketing or writing proposals is a plus.
• Proven ability to organize, write, and coordinate marketing materials.

Responsibilities

• Guide project managers on marketing and BD practices and procedures.
• Coordinate and deliver high-quality proposals across the company.
• Develop schedules, resumes, and past experience write-ups with PMs.
• Manage proposal writing with graphics team for engaging materials.
• Review notices for proposals and maintain distribution lists.
• Enter and update sales pipeline and track proposal results.
• Prepare Statements of Qualifications and assist with trade show support.
• Support involvement in community events and client relations.
