Job summary

Labib Funk + Associates in California seeks an organized, self-starting marketing professional to lead the creation, planning and implementation of marketing projects. This role involves assisting RFQ/RFP/SOQ preparation and fee proposals, and supporting announcements and posts for social media and content for marketing materials and the website.

The candidate will support the Marketing team and Principals with content creation, uploading photos, updating the site, newsletters, and collateral

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of marketing experience in the A/E/C industry preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing/graphic design preferred or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Photoshop, InDesign and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage social media content (LinkedIn, Instagram).
• Manage the company website content and project descriptions.
• Execute quarterly email marketing newsletters via Constant Contact.
• Develop marketing collateral such as brochures, resumes, presentations, and branding materials.
• Assist with RFQs, RFPs, SOQs, and fee proposals, and support recruiting events.

Job description

The ideal candidate is an organized self-starter who is capable of working independently in the creation, planning, and implementation of marketing projects. This may include assisting in the preparation of Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Statements of Qualifications (SOQ's), and general fee proposals. Supporting the Marketing team and Principals with announcements and posts on social media, content for marketing materials and website.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage social media content (LinkedIn and Instagram).
• Manage the company website (write project descriptions and upload photo content).
• Execute email marketing newsletters on Constant Contact, on a quarterly basis.
• Create, update, and maintain corporate marketing collateral, including brochures, project lists, resumes, presentations, business cards and other marketing materials.
• Update the content of the website, as necessary
• Assist the Principals with qualification packages and proposals, including following up with clients and teaming partners, as required.
• Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing collateral for recruiting events.
• Daily management and oversight of the data migration and population for the new CRM
• Target opportunities for award submission and assist with these submittals.
• Take photographs for company events.
• Assist with general administrative items.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of marketing experience in the A/E/C industry is highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in marketing/graphic design preferred or equivalent experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop and InDesign, Bluebeam
• Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
