Rockwell Automation in Milwaukee or Mayfield Heights is seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist to craft compelling stories and enable sales with content across blogs, web copy, eBooks and more.

You will manage campaigns, coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensure brand adherence, and support CMPs and marketing automation tools. The role blends creative storytelling with data‑driven optimization in a hybrid workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts or Science degree, or equivalent, in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing or related field
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
• Experience in the industrial automation environment
• Experience in industry marketing
• Experience with CMP, marketing tools, software programs and marketing automation platforms
• Proficient in using AI tools to improve workflow, insight and content development
• 2+ years managing projects with varied stakeholders
• Understanding of marketing, social media, events and digital marketing

Responsabilités

• Content Creation: craft intelligent, thought-provoking stories for blogs, web copy, eBooks, brochures, emails, social media.
• Project Management: manage deliverables, timelines, budgets with cross-functional teams and agencies.
• Brand: ensure all communications adhere to brand guidelines.
• Design: provide Canva design support for social media visuals.
• Monitor Metrics: report, analyze and adjust content for impact.
• Sales Enablement: support sales enablement activities.
• Content Marketing Platform (CMP) Support: provide resources and training for CMP.
