Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking an experienced Product Marketing professional to strengthen revenue impact by leading the product marketing work, including win/loss analysis and competitive battle cards. You will orchestrate end-to-end product launches, with enablement and assets, guiding external partners and internal teams across sales, product, and demand generation.

The role requires 8+ years in B2B software/SaaS marketing, a Bachelor's in a relevant field, and strong cross-functional

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
8+ years in B2B software/SaaS product marketing.
Experience developing product marketing programs cross-functionally.
Understanding of marketing across the B2B customer journey and SaaS lifecycle.
Hands-on with program implementation; collaborative and proactive.
PMI/PMC or PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and scale win/loss program; develop clear guidelines for sales, product, demand gen and leadership.
Guide competitor analysis and battle cards to sharpen deal positioning in active opportunities.
Collaborate with partners to align joint positioning and co-marketing motions.
Manage end-to-end product launches with narratives, enablement, and assets.
Support release-to-market plans with communications, content, and reporting across the customer journey.
