Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist for a hybrid role in Milwaukee or Mayfield Heights. You will craft compelling stories across blogs, ebooks, brochures, emails, and social channels, while managing cross-functional projects and ensuring brand consistency.

You will collaborate with global teams, monitor performance metrics, and support CMP and marketing automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing or related field.
• Experience with content creation across multiple channels preferred.
• Ability to manage campaigns and coordinate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Craft intelligent, engaging stories and content across blogs, web, ebooks, brochures and social.
• Manage deliverables, timelines and budgets with internal teams and agencies.
• Ensure all communications follow brand guidelines.
• Provide Canva design support for social graphics and assets.
• Monitor metrics and adjust content for impact and ROI.
• Support sales enablement activities and training resources.
• Assist CMP users and optimize marketing automation workflows.
