Job summary

Renaissance Strategic Advisors, LLC is seeking a Communications & Marketing Specialist to own day‑to‑day external and internal communications. The role involves turning content into publishable materials, coordinating with colleagues across offices, and ensuring consistent brand messaging.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of marketing experience in B2B or B2G, strong writing skills, and experience with LinkedIn, CMS, and design tools.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of marketing experience in a B2B or B2G field; professional services experience a plus.
• Experience managing LinkedIn/social media content calendars and website content management systems (CMS).
• Detail-oriented with consistent handling of brand standards across website, LinkedIn, collateral, and email.
• Strong writing and editing skills; able to work with partners, principals, and SMEs to shape thought leadership content.
• Familiarity with brand and design standards; comfortable managing external vendors (design, web, print).
• Expertise with web, social, and print design tools and software.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholder relationships.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance organization, quality, and productivity.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Website & Content: manage updates for team profiles, case studies, and announcements; provide monthly analytics.
• Own SEO management; liaise with developers on maintenance, UX improvements, and visual refreshes.
• External & LinkedIn: manage the firm’s LinkedIn presence and communications calendar from design to performance.
• Support CRM-driven engagement with clients, alumni, and conference contacts; run email campaigns.
• Thought Leadership: assist Partners in building individual thought leadership platforms and promotions.
• Support marketing budgets, vendor coordination, and event collateral.
