Job summary

MPR Associates, Inc. is seeking a Director of Marketing & Communications in Alexandria, VA, to shape and steer an integrated marketing and communications program. You will lead brand management, digital marketing, thought leadership, and proposals while coordinating with five business areas and external partners.

The role reports to a Principal Officer and oversees a team, driving KPIs, content strategy, PR, and internal communications to support growth and client engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a four-year degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or related field.
• Ten or more years of marketing and communications experience in engineering or professional services.
• Experience developing integrated marketing strategies across multiple business lines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy aligned with the company’s plan and revenue growth objectives.
• Partner with executives and leaders to identify market opportunities, strengthen competitive positioning, and increase brand visibility.
• Develop annual marketing plans, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Ensure consistent messaging and brand standards across all channels and business areas.
