Job summary

Loomis Sayles seeks a Strategic Marketing Associate reporting to the Deputy Head of Global Marketing. You will support Full Discretion and Structured Finance platforms with data gathering, analysis and project management, collaborating with portfolio management and product teams.

This role involves generating reports for institutional channels, coordinating with legal and marketing, and helping prepare quarter-end deliverables in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years investment management experience in operations, product, institutional consulting, client service, relationship management, marketing, or other relevant areas.
• Fixed income investment knowledge.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, but also PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support data analysis requests and marketing initiatives for Full Discretion and Structured Finance teams.
• Assist with ad hoc requests utilizing a strong eVestment and Morningstar background.
• Generate customized responses and reports for Institutional sales channels.
• Collaborate with Strategic Marketing Analysts and Marketing Information to evaluate and manage presentation requests.
• Coordinate with Global Communications & Marketing Information groups for QC of marketing collateral.
• Contribute to quarter-end deliverables.
• Liaise with legal to ensure compliance with data and marketing materials.
• Provide timely information for Loomis Sayles and Natixis.
• Support product planning, strategy definition, and distribution opportunities.
• Develop competitive intelligence and investment analysis to support sales processes.
