Job summary

Loomis Sayles is a performance-driven asset management firm in Boston seeking a Client Portfolio Analyst to support the client services group for fixed income strategies. You will prepare client reports, write investment commentaries, and translate complex information into clear materials for clients and consultants.

You will collaborate with relationship managers and investment teams, manage deadlines, and help improve processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, math or statistics preferred; CFA/MBA a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in the investment industry.
• Strong writing and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to work independently within a team.

Responsibilities

• Utilize investment systems and analytical tools to produce client reports.
• Create client books used in portfolio review meetings.
• Write investment commentaries for fixed income products.
• Generate customized responses and analyses for ad hoc client requests.
• Review and validate internal data outputs for accuracy.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows.
• Collaborate with relationship managers and investment teams to communicate information.
