Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications strongly preferred.
• Experience in public relations and marketing within an agency.
• Customer service-oriented with strong interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Organized, prompt, detail-oriented, and adaptable.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and facilitate strategy for client accounts.
• Manage day-to-day client projects.
• Produce monthly reports and ensure profitable billing on all accounts.
• Multitask and manage complex accounts, adapting strategies as goals evolve.
• Coach team members and collaborate with Account Directors and external consultants.
• Contribute to business development, lead generation, and new client presentations.
• Deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients and secure new business.
