Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in market research, customer insights, competitive intelligence, strategy, or qualitative research.
• Bachelor’s degree in sociology, marketing, political science, public policy, communications, market research, business, economics, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct extensive research on state DMV agencies, transportation departments, and government stakeholders.
