The ideal candidate has 5+ years in research, expertise in qualitative and quantitative methods, and proficiency with Qualtrics, SQL, and BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in research/analytics.
• Experience conducting both qualitative and quantitative research.
• Experience managing end-to-end research projects and stakeholder relationships.
• Familiarity with survey and analytics tools and BI/visualization platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a research roadmap aligned with organizational priorities.
• Partner with leaders across departments to identify critical business questions and research needs.
• Determine appropriate methodologies to address strategic challenges and opportunities.
• Establish research standards, best practices, and governance processes.
• Manage multiple research initiatives with quality and timeliness.
