Responsibilities include synthesizing market and customer information, communicating insights to senior leaders, and managing research operations, vendors, and timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of market research, customer insights, VoC, product research, or related role.
• Experience independently leading multiple market research projects end to end.
• Strong knowledge of quantitative and qualitative methodologies: surveys, interviews, data analysis.
• Experience researching SaaS/B2B/technology products and services.

Responsibilities

• Lead market research projects end to end from question framing to delivery of actionable recommendations.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research across VoC, win/loss, customer satisfaction, product and market research.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize research needs for business decisions.
• Synthesize information to identify meaningful insights, opportunities and implications.
• Translate findings into recommendations for product, commercial and go-to-market strategies.
• Communicate insights through reports, presentations and executive storytelling.
• Manage research operations, vendors, recruitment, timelines and quality.
