Clark Construction Group in Chicago seeks a junior Market Development Analyst to fuel regional growth. You will map the landscape, identify the next high-rise opportunities, and help position leadership at key industry events.

Working under the Regional Project Development Lead, you will build client profiles, track RFPs/RFQs, and craft outreach strategies to win $50M+ opportunities while coordinating with the communications team on Clark’s brand presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Recent graduate with strong research and data skills.
• Experience with CRM and industry networking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain real-time regional pipeline using CRM and mapping tools.
• Monitor public databases for upcoming RFPs/RFQs well in advance.
• Support regional leadership with outreach strategies and win plans.
• Develop comprehensive profiles of potential clients and stakeholders.
• Engage with industry organizations and events to strengthen brand presence.
