Job summary

US LBM Market Finance Manager (MFM) will serve as the lead finance partner for an assigned Market, providing financial leadership and decision support to Market and Divisional Presidents and other operational leaders. The MFM handles financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis while partnering with market leadership to improve performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of broad financial expertise required (finance, FP&A, accounting).
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, etc.).
• Proven ability to lead and influence across multiple levels of an organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis for the Market.
• Drive strategic initiatives, evaluate capital investments, and improve working capital and cash flow.
• Oversee financial analysis and reporting to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
