Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field (business, engineering, marketing, communications).
• 4+ years of business development, sales, account management, or related industrial experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30–40% and work onsite with remote flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Grow markets and build relationships by identifying growth opportunities and expanding RFC's presence.
• Develop and win new business through opportunities aligned with RFC's capabilities and objectives.
• Create compelling customer presentations, proposals, and value propositions; support negotiations.
• Maintain opportunities pipelines and forecasts in Salesforce and other systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and leadership to meet customer needs.
