Sanofi in the United States seeks a Director, Access Strategy for aT1D to lead national and regional payer access initiatives. Hybrid work in Morristown, NJ or Cambridge, MA with in-office 3 days a week.

Translate complex market access concepts into compelling value propositions and guide cross-functional teams. You will define pricing and contracting strategies, manage budgets and vendors, and collaborate with Medical, HEOR/RWE, Finance, Legal, and Field Sales to drive launch readiness with US

Formación

• BA/BS and 5+ years’ relevant experience in market access, health economics, pricing & reimbursement.
• Experience at local and/or international level with US and Global market access & payer environments.
• Desirable disease market access knowledge; backgrounds in Specialty or buy-and-bill welcomed.
• Proven ability to develop strategy and communicate across complex organizational structures.
• Leading strategic initiatives within matrix organizations without direct reporting authority.
• Strong track record of developing and delivering compelling value propositions and strategic presentations.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Relationship building across geographies and levels; travel ~10–20%.

Responsabilidades

• Develop short and long-term access strategies, including pricing and contracting recommendations.
• Build market access frameworks that integrate payer insights, competitive intelligence, and brand positioning.
• Develop value propositions and messaging for payer audiences.
• Represent the market access perspective within cross-functional commercialization teams.
• Partner with Medical and HEOR/RWE teams to inform evidence needs and messaging.
• Collaborate with global market access teams to align US insights and launch readiness.
• Monitor market dynamics, access challenges, and opportunities to guide planning.
• Create and deliver strategic presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Manage budget and external vendors to ensure timely milestones.
