Qualifications

• BA/BS and 5+ years’ relevant professional experience including market access, health economics, pricing & reimbursement.
• Experience at local and/or international level w/ knowledge of US and Global market access & payer environment.
• Proven experience in strategy development and communication across complex organizational structures.
• Travel: Approximately 10-20%.

Responsibilities

• Develop short and long-term access strategies, including pricing and contracting recommendations, value propositions, messaging, and in-depth market research.
• Build comprehensive market access strategies and frameworks integrating payer insights, competitive intelligence, and brand positioning.
• Develop compelling value propositions and messaging frameworks communicating clinical and economic value to payer audiences.
• Represent the market access perspective within cross-functional teams across Brand, USMA, HEOR/RWE, Medical, and Finance.
• Partner with Medical, HEOR/RWE to inform evidence generation and translate clinical evidence into value messaging.
• Collaborate with global teams to align US insights and support launch readiness.
• Monitor market dynamics and access challenges to inform strategic planning.
• Create and deliver strategic presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Manage budget and external vendors to ensure timely milestones.
• Share best practices with BU colleagues.
