Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Director of Access Strategy (aT1D) to lead the development and execution of access strategies across national and regional payers, institutions, and key channels. The role requires translating complex market access concepts into clear value propositions while coordinating cross-functional initiatives.

Hybrid work arrangement is available with in-office three days per week in Morristown, NJ or Cambridge, MA.

Qualifications

• BA/BS and 5+ years of market access and pricing experience.
• Experience at local and/or international level with US/global market access.
• Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives in matrix organizations.
• Strong communication and ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop short and long-term access strategies and pricing recommendations.
• Lead cross-functional commercialization teams and ensure alignment with brand objectives.
• Manage budget and external vendors (Agency of Record) for timely milestones.
• Create strategic presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with global market access teams to align US insights with launches.
