Responsibilities

• Support Market Access strategic objectives by managing contracting processes per pricing policies.
• Oversee rebate claim analysis, invoice validation, dispute resolution, and timely payments.
• Maintain, process, and track contracting requests including amendments and restatements.
• Monitor governance processes and ensure contract compliance through the system.
• Collaborate with Legal, Government Pricing, market access leadership.
• Lead analysis of Market Access contracts across Commercial, Medicare, and Health Exchange channels.
