Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in advertising, market access, or equivalent.
• Strong management experience and ability to lead a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and teamwork abilities.
• Salary range reported: $78,000–$149,500.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of products across one manufacturer.
• Lead and develop a client services team.
• Manage account finances and forecast work accurately.
• Develop long- and short-term strategic directions for brands and the portfolio.
• Identify colleagues/experts to bring in for client challenges and translate that information for the client.
• Lead a team and provide strategic direction and execution for brands and the portfolio.
• Synthesize information into meaningful strategies.
• Identify strengths and weaknesses of the account and make recommendations for change.
• Support direct reports' career growth.
• Collaborate with Director of Client Services and Creative Directors to staff the account.
• Participate in agency new business initiatives as requested.
