Qualifications

• Strong experience in the pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical industry, with a focus on Market Access Analytics.
• Proven ability to analyze payer, formulary, claims, prescription, and reimbursement data.
• Solid understanding of US healthcare systems, PBMs, and market access strategies.
• Experience with data analytics, performance measurement, and executive-level reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to translate complex datasets into actionable business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead market access analytics, reporting, and data-driven strategy for pharma products.
• Analyze payer, formulary, reimbursement, claims, and prescription data to identify trends and barriers.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports to evaluate market access effectiveness.
• Support pricing, contracting, payer segmentation, and access strategy decisions.
• Partner with Market Access, HEOR, Commercial, Finance, and other teams.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Ensure data accuracy, analytical rigor, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
