Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of healthcare analytics experience or advanced degree with 2+ years.
• Experience using SQL to query, transform, join, and validate large healthcare datasets.
• Experience with healthcare claims, reimbursement, or price transparency data.

Responsibilities

• Analyze healthcare price transparency, commercial and Medicare claims to generate market insights.
• Develop and validate SQL code to build analytic datasets from large healthcare data sources.
• Evaluate reimbursement variation across procedures, providers, payers, and sites of care.
• Partner with HEPR, pricing, marketing, strategy, and operating units to translate questions into analytics.
• Create dashboards, reports, visualizations, and summaries for stakeholders.
• Develop scalable analytics tools and repeatable reporting processes.
