Qualifications

• 5–7 years of high-volume manufacturing recruiting experience.
• Experience filling 30+ concurrent requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer and onboarding.
• Partner with HRBP and hiring managers to forecast workforce needs.
• Develop sourcing strategies and maintain talent pipelines.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and provide recruiting metrics.
