Job summary

The Gund Company is seeking a Recruiter – Manufacturing to fuel growth by attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across locations. You will partner with HRBP and hiring managers to shape workforce plans and deliver high-volume recruitment for manufacturing roles.

You bring 5–7 years of experience, strong sourcing, data-driven decision making, and a collaborative approach to influence stakeholders. This role offers growth within a global manufacturing organization and opportunities to impact

What We're Looking For

• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• At least 5-7 years of high-volume recruiting experience, including success in manufacturing, distribution, operations, warehouse, skilled trades, customer service, or professional hiring.
• Experience managing 30 or more concurrent requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong full-cycle recruiting skills, from intake and sourcing through interviewing, selection, offer, and follow-up.
• Hands‑on experience with applicant tracking systems, HRIS platforms, job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing.
• Sound knowledge of employment laws, recruiting compliance, and hiring best practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word.
• Ability to travel periodically for hiring events, career fairs, and business meetings.
