Job summary

The Gund Company, a global manufacturer of engineered material solutions and a proud fourth-generation family-owned business, is seeking a Recruiter – Manufacturing to attract, engage, and hire top talent across locations. You will partner with HRBP and hiring managers to shape workforce planning and drive strategic growth.

This role offers exposure to a wide range of positions, a collaborative HR team, and opportunities to build lasting talent pipelines while upholding our guiding principles

Qualifications

BA in HR/Business or related field; equivalent experience considered.
5–7 years of high-volume recruiting, including manufacturing/warehouse roles.
Experience managing 30+ concurrent requisitions in fast-paced settings.
Strong full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer and follow-up.
Experience with ATS, HRIS, job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and sourcing.
Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance.
Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word.
Ability to travel periodically for hiring events and meetings.
