Job summary

You will partner with production, materials, quality, and customers to meet the Brand Promise. The role requires strong communication, accuracy, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment at the Prince George, VA plant.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop optimal production and delivery schedules for plant, field, and haulers based on demand, capacity, costs, and routing.
• Manage and respond to schedule change requests and communicate impacts to affected parties.
• Coordinate with third-party haulers and plant as primary contact for scheduling questions.
• Utilize scheduling software to input/extract data for customer requests and deliveries.
• Communicate with stakeholders about production schedules, deliveries, permits, and special instructions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet operational plans.
• Create, maintain, and analyze reports measuring service levels, freight costs, and efficiencies.
• Evaluate delivery resource availability to meet demand and maximize efficiency.
