Job summary

Hyper Solutions Inc in Richmond, VA seeks a Production Planner to develop and maintain detailed production schedules across internal operations and external manufacturing partners. You will translate demand into executable plans and ensure schedule adherence in a complex, project-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years in production planning or master scheduling.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Procurement, Logistics, Operations and Engineering.
• Familiarity with NetSuite, SAP or similar ERP systems.
• APICS CPIM/CSCP certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain monthly and rolling production schedules aligned to demand forecasts and capacity constraints.
• Translate MPS into executable production orders for internal and external partners.
• Monitor schedule adherence and manage risks related to material shortages and capacity bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Supply Chain to ensure timely raw material availability.
• Track KPIs like on-time delivery and capacity utilization.
