Job summary

Clorox is seeking a Manufacturing Strategic Technical Project Manager to lead capital projects across our manufacturing sites. You will align with business strategies, budgets, and performance goals while ensuring safe, reliable, and sustainable outcomes.

You will guide projects from concept through startup, manage multi-discipline teams, control schedules and vendor relationships, and drive innovation with new technologies and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in civil, mechanical, or industrial disciplines.
• 10+ years in engineering and manufacturing operations management.
• 5+ years leading capital projects and budgets.
• 2+ years in people management.
• Consumer Packaged Goods experience.
• Hands-on SAP experience (S/4HANA/ECC/Fiori).

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of medium to large capital projects.
• Direct cross-functional project teams across process, packaging, electrical, controls, and ops.
• Develop project strategies applying engineering principles and business acumen.
• Own scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and vendor relations.
• Drive manufacturing innovation through new technologies and automation.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor teams; establish standards.
• Lead Communities of Practice and knowledge sharing.
• Bridge business stakeholders and development teams, manage backlogs and requirements.
• Communicate complex concepts effectively and drive change across sites.
• Travel 40-60% as required.
