• Collaborate with engineering, production, procurement, quality, and sales teams to ensure seamless program execution.
• Develop and manage program schedules, budgets, and resource plans; proactively identify and mitigate risks.
• Serve as strategic point of contact for customers regarding program status, changes, and deliverables.
• Identify opportunities to improve program management processes and manufacturing efficiency.
• Maintain accurate program documentation and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure programs adhere to industry standards, safety regulations, and internal quality requirements.
• Oversee multiple project managers across product lines.
