Job summary

CCIntegration, Inc. seeks a Program Manager to steer manufacturing projects and programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

You will collect and analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and drive improvements across design, procurement, and quality assurance. You’ll coordinate vendors to meet cost, quality, and schedule targets and serve as the primary customer contact on quotations and changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience or related programs.
• Outstanding communication skills with all levels of an organization.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and onboarding of clients.
• Develop and maintain detailed integration plans and schedules.
• Lead requirements, design, development and testing of integration phases.
• Follow a defined project management methodology.
• Coordinate and manage project status meetings and resources.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Communicate progress and decisions to stakeholders.
• Engage, coordinate and plan third-party vendor activities.
