Job summary

AVT Simulation seeks a Planner to coordinate procurement and production planning, ensuring on-time delivery and resolving issues between internal teams. You will analyze MRP messages, review demand, supply, and lead times, and drive corrective actions.

Strong collaboration with Procurement, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain is required to mitigate shortages and maintain program schedules. A bachelor’s degree in related fields and Costpoint/Excel proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in supply chain management, business, engineering, or related field.
• Experience with MRP concepts, bills of materials, and demand planning.
• Strong computer literacy with Costpoint ERP and MS Excel; ERP systems knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, investigate, and action MRP messages including shortages, rescheduling, cancellations, and order changes.
• Identify root causes of material and schedule issues and determine corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Manufacturing, Engineering and Supply Chain to resolve material and production issues.
