Job summary

Insight Global seeks a Manufacturing Planning Analyst to support supply chain and production planning in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will work cross-functionally with operations, engineering, procurement, and finance to ensure materials and resources align with demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of supply chain planning experience.
• Experience with SAP, Microsoft Navision, or similar ERP/MRP systems.
• Ability to train and mentor others on planning tools and processes.
• Experience managing complex product configurations in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with supply chain planning, industrialization, and purchasing teams to monitor manufacturing kit health, identify risks and opportunities, and coordinate purchases to support demand requirements.
• Review MRP outputs and adjust plans to ensure supply aligns with demand forecasts.
• Lead cross-functional discussions regarding material health, engineering changes, and rework processes, including planning revision transitions.
• Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure material receipts align with production schedules.
• Work closely with Master Production Scheduling (MPS) teams to align demand, capacity, and material availability.
• Support manufacturing execution and production planning activities.
• Continuously improve planning, reporting, and communication processes, including weekly production reporting.
