Job summary

Deloitte in the United States is seeking an Integrated Manufacturing Ops Architect Manager to drive manufacturing transformation across refining and chemicals. You will lead discussions with senior leaders, translate business needs into specs, and define blueprints for MES/SCADA/LIMS/PLM integrated with ERP.

The role emphasizes collaboration, project leadership, and mentoring, with a travel expectation around 50% and a strong focus on data flows and cost-efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of experience implementing refining and chemicals manufacturing systems across operations, engineering, HSSE, and maintenance.
• Experience with Integrated Manufacturing Operations Management (iMOM) in refining and chemicals.
• Experience with process integration.
• Experience across IT and OT layers in the refining and chemicals manufacturing application landscape.
• Experience supporting 5+ implementations of refining and chemicals manufacturing systems.
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discussions with senior leaders on iMOM solutions for refining and chemicals environments.
• Lead requirements and use case discussions and translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and test scenarios.
• Map current-state and future-state manufacturing processes aligned to ISA-95 and ISA-88 standards.
• Define functional blueprints for MES, SCADA, LIMS, PLM and their integration with ERP platforms.
• Serve as the liaison across plant operations, IT, and vendors to design data flows and deliver integrated manufacturing solutions.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, practice development, and innovative solutions.
