Job summary

Deloitte's Integrated Manufacturing Ops team in the US is seeking an Architect Manager to drive manufacturing solutions for refining and chemicals, aligning ISA-95/88 standards, MES, SCADA, LIMS, PLM, and ERP integrations.

You will lead requirements, translate business needs into functional specs, and mentor teams while coordinating across plant operations, IT, and vendors. Travel up to 50% is expected, with a strong focus on data flows and value delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 10+ years of experience implementing refinery/chemical manufacturing systems
• Experience with Integrated Manufacturing Operations Management (iMOM) in refining and chemicals
• Experience with process integration
• Experience across IT and OT layers in refining/chemicals landscape
• Experience supporting 5+ implementations of refining/chemicals systems
• Ability to travel 50% on average
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Responsibilities

• Conduct discussions with senior leaders on iMOM solutions for refining and chemicals environments
• Lead requirements and translate business needs into functional specs, user stories, and test scenarios
• Map current-state and future-state manufacturing processes aligned to ISA-95 and ISA-88
• Define functional blueprints for MES, SCADA, LIMS, PLM and ERP integration
• Liaise across plant operations, IT and vendors to design data flows
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and innovative solutions
