Job summary

Deloitte’s US Supply Chain & Network Operations team seeks an Integrated Manufacturing Ops Architect Manager to drive transformational solutions in refined and chemical environments. You will lead discussions with senior leaders, translate business needs into specifications, and design end-to-end manufacturing architectures including MES/SCADA/LIMS/PLM and ERP integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years implementing refining and chemicals manufacturing systems across operations, engineering, HSSE, and maintenance.
• Experience with Integrated Manufacturing Operations Management (iMOM) in refining and chemicals.
• Experience with process integration.
• Experience across IT and OT layers in refining and chemicals applications.
• Experience supporting 5+ implementations of refining and chemicals manufacturing systems.
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients served.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Analytics, or Computer Science.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discussions with senior leaders on iMOM solutions for refining and chemicals environments.
• Lead requirements and translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and test scenarios.
• Map current-state and future-state manufacturing processes aligned to ISA-95 and ISA-88 standards.
• Define functional blueprints for MES, SCADA, LIMS, and PLM, and their integration with ERP platforms
• Serve as the liaison across plant operations, IT, and vendors to design data flows and deliver integrated manufacturing solutions.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, practice development, and innovative solutions addressing client challenges.
