Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an Integrated Manufacturing Ops Architect Manager to join our US Supply Chain & Network Operations team. You will drive transformation by defining manufacturing system blueprints, leading requirements, and coordinating across plant operations, IT, and vendors to deliver integrated solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years implementing refining and chemicals manufacturing systems.
• Experience with Integrated Manufacturing Operations Management (iMOM).
• Experience with process integration.
• IT/OT experience in refining and chemicals environments.
• Willingness to travel ~50%.

Responsibilities

• Discuss iMOM solutions with senior leaders in refineries and chemicals.
• Lead requirements gathering, translate needs into functional specs and user stories.
• Map current and future state manufacturing processes per ISA-95/ISA-88.
• Define blueprints for MES/SCADA/LIMS/PLM and ERP integrations.
• Liaise across plant ops, IT, and vendors to design data flows.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and innovative solutions.
